- Acquire and manage a team of Large Accounts Managers, ensuring they meet objectives.
- Accomplish sales human resource objectives through recruitment, training, coaching, and performance management.
- Set objectives and targets for the direct sales force to achieve assigned sales and revenue goals.
- Cultivate and enhance relationships with strategic accounts to establish business partnerships.
- Develop sales within the existing customer base, promoting company services.

- Manage exclusivity contracts and related subjects with key customers.

Minimum 10 years of experience, with at least 8 years in direct sales and 3 years in a supervisory role.Recent people management experience is required.Professional experience in direct sales of high-added-value products and services.Exposure to the hospitality and tourism sector is an asset.Fluent in spoken and written English.Excellent business sense in managing corporate accounts.Strong people management skills.High-level presentation, planning, and analytical skills.
