Senior Events Specialist

Job Description

• Assist in the planning and coordination of events, including venue selection, vendor management, and event logistics. • Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and service providers to ensure timely delivery of materials, equipment, and services. • Assist in managing event budgets, tracking expenses, and maintaining financial records. • Support guest management processes, including registration, RSVP tracking, and responding to guest inquiries. • Assist in developing event timelines, schedules, and run sheets. • Help with on-site event setup, including decorations, signage, audiovisual equipment, and seating arrangements. • Provide general administrative support, including managing emails, phone calls, and documentation related to events. • Assist in conducting post-event evaluations and preparing event reports. • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in event planning.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience as an Event Specialist preferably with Real Estate companies. • Fluent in English, both writing and speaking is a must • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications as well as Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software. • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and travel as required for event setup and execution. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
