Job Description

  • Must be fluent in French and English with B2 level language proficiency.
  • Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat
  • Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features!
  • Update our internal databases with information about technical issues and useful discussions with customers
  • Share feature requests and effective workarounds with team members
  • Inform customers about new features and functionalities
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved

Job Requirementsno prior experience needed in Customer Service Field.Proficiency Level B2 and above in French and English Proficiency level.Should be flexible with 24-7 rotating shifts.Work on site within the training periodTransportation is provided door to door
