- Responsible for the configuration and implementation of the new requests, telecommunications infrastructure, and its related software.
- Troubleshoot and resolved Xceed telecom equipment and problems escalated.
- Analyze and ensure the reliability of the communication systems on a regular basis to provide the highest level of performance, availability, and security using Xceed systems and monitoring tools.
- Ensure that the daily, weekly, and monthly reports are done and delivered

- Track and analyze fault histories in the long-term resolution of intermittent problems.
- Receives inquiries from different teams regarding current or planned projects and takes appropriate action
- Working with telephony protocols, such as SIP, TCP/IP, H323, QoS, etc. They evaluate existing capabilities and aid in planning guidelines to tap emerging trends in cloud, VoIP, mobility solutions, and managed services.
- Isolate performance and capacity issues for telecommunications traffic so that telecommunications systems are operating without any downtimes. Manage and implement patches to systems and hardware.
- Ability to support users and troubleshoot all their VoIP issues within an entire organization/company. To ensure this, they need to detect and address issues with trunks, profiles, endpoints, and dial plans.
- Communicate with technology vendors to open tickets and follow up.
- Manage, lead, and guide the support team.
- Ensure that the knowledge-sharing process is done successfully across the support team.
- Ensure that the learning process is done successfully across the support team.
- Ensure that the documentation process is done successfully for new configurations and solutions.
A Bachelor's degree in telecommunications major Or related field.5 to 10 years of hands-on experience in VoIP systems, UCCE, VG, CUBE, AVAYA, and Genesys.Languages: Very good English (oral/written)Preferably certified in Cisco, AVAYA, and Genesys.Good knowledge of SQL, operating systems, java, C, JSON
