Sales Account Executive

Egypt - Giza

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team, specializing in the sales of bakery equipment and mixers for export to Middle Eastern countries. The ideal candidate will be passionate about sales, possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, and have a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and expand market presence in Middle Eastern countries.
  2. Identify and target potential clients, distributors, and partners in the region to generate leads and increase sales opportunities.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, providing exceptional customer service and support to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  4. Conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences, and utilize insights to tailor sales approaches and product offerings accordingly.
  5. Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and product demonstrations to clients, effectively communicating the features, benefits, and value propositions of our bakery equipment and mixers.
  6. Negotiate terms, prices, and contracts with clients, ensuring favorable outcomes and mutually beneficial agreements.
  7. Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, production, and logistics, to coordinate sales activities, fulfill orders, and ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
  8. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales performance metrics using CRM software.
  9. Stay updated on industry developments, product innovations, and market trends to remain competitive and capitalize on new opportunities.
  10. Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions to showcase products, network with potential clients, and promote brand awareness.

Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, sales, or a related field (preferred).Proven experience in sales, preferably in selling bakery equipment or related products.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Results-driven attitude with a passion for exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office suite.Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic or other languages spoken in the Middle East is a plus.Working Hours:Full-time position, 9 hours per dayJoin our team and be part of a dynamic company dedicated to delivering high-quality bakery equipment and mixers to customers across the Middle East.
