Team Leadership:

Sales Strategy:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the local market.
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to ensure alignment of sales strategies with overall company objectives.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and other stakeholders in the local market.
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the customer support team to resolve issues and improve the overall customer experience.

Performance Monitoring and Reporting:

  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales activities, achievements, and challenges for management review.

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.Proven experience in sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.Previous experience in agricultural exports or related industries is a strong advantage.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
