  • Responsible for achieving a pre-set marketing target/return to the company.
  • Initiation and development of products/ business relationships with different schemes to generate business in different industry sectors including vendor finance programs and other approved programs by AT LEASE.
  • Assessment of the market opportunities and target market. 
  • Promoting & managing newly introduced products/programs to the market.
  • Prepare and present the product benefits to new prospect companies.  
  • Provide efficient customer service standards and maintain ongoing relationships with existing lessees.
  • Evaluate the customer’s financial means to achieve a favorable risk/return relationship.
  • Responsible for all aspects of the lease transaction until the closure of the deal (legal, credit approval, funding, documentation… etc.)
  • Create new marketing channels for the company's products. 
  • Preparing all required amendment memos for approved clients.
  • Prepare comprehensive Basic Information Reports (BIR) on all visited clients & Know Your Customer Reports (KYC) on all approved clients.
  • Follow up on the performance of accounts and solve any problems to ensure on-time collection
  • Follow-up on disbursement of funds to the client.
  • Review performance and objectives with the marketing manager
  • Supervising the performance and progress of newly hired marketing officers and communicating this to the Marketing Head.  
  • Coach newly hired marketing officers and ensures daily monitoring of their performance and progress

Bachelor's degree in Commerce/Economics/ Business AdministrationMinimum 6 years experience in a similar field Excellent command of both English and ArabicCredit certified is a plusMust possess good leadership and analytical skills.High negotiation and influencing skills
