OVERVIEW JOB 

The successful candidate is detail-oriented, possesses strong technical skills, thrives on working in a fast paced and challenging atmosphere with a large amount of responsibility and portrays a professional demeanor. This position requires a great deal of interaction at all levels internally as well as externally; exceptional interpersonal, organizational skills are essential, familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices and procedures
The incumbent will be responsible for oversee and refine employee standards and procedures, using existing HR systems as well as improved or recommended processes, maintain and enhance employee benefits programs, including compensation.
Assist with recruitment efforts, and prepare employees for their assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs, ensure compliance with national and local HR.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with company business strategy.
  • Develop and monitor overall human resource administration strategies, services, and policies.
  • Handle employee-management relations including counseling, grievances, or others.
  • Maintain pay plan, benefits, and personnel support services
  • Perform a functional analysis process.
  • Develop and automate information and report management
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process
  • Create, revise, and post job descriptions.
  • Handle personnel activities such as insurances, and deal with government authorities
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.

Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in human resources or related field.Proven work experience as a HR ManagerA professional diploma in human resources management.Skills:Proficient command of English.Proficiency in HR systems.Proficiency in Excel, and reporting and analysis tools.Proficiency in performance management systems.Proficiency in Egyptian labor law.
