    • Assist with writing internal communications materials, including newsletters, intranet articles, employee spotlights, and event announcements.
    • Conduct research and interviews to gather information for content creation.
    • Edit and proofread existing content.
  • Channel Management:
    • Help maintain and update internal communication channels such as the company intranet, employee newsletter, and social media platforms.
    • Post engaging content that aligns with departmental initiatives and company goals.
    • Monitor employee engagement and feedback on internal communication channels.
  • Project Support:
    • Assist with planning and executing internal communication campaigns and events.
    • Conduct research and data analysis to support the development of internal communication strategies.
    • Manage administrative tasks and maintain organizational systems.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong research and analytical skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Creative and adaptable with a proactive approach.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, and content management systems is preferred.Experience with social media platforms is a plus.Passion for internal communications and employee engagement.
