Responsibilities: -
- Monitors all equipment’s on production line, makes necessary adjustments and / or repairs to maintain smooth running of production lines.
- Ensuring that machinery, systems, infrastructure, and equipment run optimally with minimal downtime.
- Develop operation & maintenance procedures and ensure implementation.
- Setting the spare parts specification, monitor inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Undertaking planned maintenance and implements the regular preventive maintenance program.
- Prepares reports on any comments or complaints on machine operation.
- Enforces company safety rules, and ensure a clean and safe work area.
- Set and training staff on equipment operating and maintenance procedures.
- Setting and tracking maintenance KPIs.
- Monitor expenses and control the budget for maintenance department.
Job Requirements: -Education: Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering.Experience: 7- 9Years of experience in a similar position, manufacturing industry preferred.Languages: Good command of English language (speaking, reading and writing).Other: Lean manufacturing, Total productive Maintenance and ISO.Computer Skills:Ability to use CAD / CAM programs.Familiar with ERP software, preferred Odoo. Ability to design processes and layouts.
