Main Duties:
- Check plans and drawings to ensure all calculations are accurate.
- Making sure the work performed and materials used are as specified in the contract.
- Overseeing health & safety and quality control measures on the site.
- Liaising with subcontractors, clients and other professional staff.
- Managing relationships with suppliers and subcontractors.
- Planning and coordinating site Architect work with the Civil and electro mechanic teams.
- Coordinating the different civil site activities in the project
- Implements specific Infrastructure works in accordance with the work program of a project, or as requested within his department.
Proven work experience as a Landscaping Architect or similar rolePractical experience with CAD softwareGood creative flair and imaginationThe ability to respond well to feedbackStrong understanding of written and verbal specificationsRelevant training and/or certifications as a Architect
