Job Description

Location: Abasaya.

English Level: B2-C1 or higher.

Job Hours: 8 hours daily.

Employment Conditions: Exclusive commitment; working for other companies concurrently is not allowed.

Educational Background: Accredited certificates in sales; education not solely through online platforms like YouTube.

Interview Process: An in-person interview at our office in Abasaya.



 

Responsibilities / What you will do:

Assist Director in strategic planning.

Monitor missions.

Evaluate employee performance.

Ensure staff meet schedules and targets.

Track achievements and optimize ad revenue.

Collaborate on training programs.

Provide ongoing staff support.

Address complaints and find solutions.

Draft professional emails and manage communications.

Conduct online research and analyze data.

Engage in creative projects and admin tasks.
