- Report on the status of the accounts assigned.
- Coordinate with Account Managers and operations internal tasks and deadlines.
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
- Deliver clear required briefs to the operation teams.
- Contact clients to understand their requirements and work on an evolving plan and ensure prompt and accurate answers to clients’ queries when needed.
Good time-management skills with a problem-solving attitudePreferred BSc degree in Advertising, Marketing or relevant fieldExcellent verbal and written Arabic and English skills.Active social media user.Prior experience in social media management is a must.Prior experience in PR is a plus.
