3+ years in related work experience working as Remedy Developer on Helix (Innovation suite platform) verion 21.x onwoards.Technical knowledge in configuring, administrating and upgrading Helix innovation suite.Experience in developing custom applications and introducing new changes to ootb modules like (Incident, Problem, Change, Asset, SRM, RKM, SLM) through developer studio.Experience in developing custom applications and introducing new changes to ootb modules like (Incident, Problem, Change, Asset, SRM, RKM, SLM) through PWA for SmartIT.Experience in creating and maintaining ETL jobs over Spoon tool.Experience with the Implementation of Atrium Configuration Management Database (CMDB).Experience in enabling Integration with ITSM through webservices and RestAPI.Familiar with helix dashboard, Catalogue and DWPA.Experience in developing over Innovation Studio is plus.Strong troubleshooting capabilities.Linux and SQL knowledge are mandatory.
