Job Description

  • Ensure timely and accurate reservation, scheduling, and patient flow within the clinic.
  • Incoming/outcoming calls, billings, and end-of-the-day reports.
  • Handle customers complains and requests.
  • Troubleshoot emergencies.
  • Ensure the clinic is tidy and has all the necessary supplies.
