We are looking for a Reservation specialist To join a leading group of companies in the Tourism Industry. Job Brief:
  • The reservation specialist will handle and be responsible for Hotels and Boats reservations.
  • Coordinate any and every reservation request that may come to the sales department from any client in the globe.
  • Check and find the availability as per every reservation.
  • Follow up on the hotel prices and inform the guests.

Job Requirements

  • 1 to 2 years of experience in Customer service or hotel reservations
  • Excellent comprehension level in English.
  • Excellent Communication skills and Customer obsession
