Real Estate Sales Team Leader

 

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Team Leader at ARB Real Estate Solutions in Qesm El Maadi. The Sales Team Leader will be responsible for training, mentoring, and managing a team of sales representatives, ensuring that sales targets are achieved, and developing and implementing sales strategies to improve revenue and market share.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in a sales leadership role, preferably in the real estate industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
  • Advanced organizational and time management skills
  • Strong leadership abilities with the ability to mentor and motivate a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Fluency in Arabic and English, both spoken and written
