Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.Proven experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management, preferably in the automotive industry.Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with suppliers.Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on cost optimization and process improvement.Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office applications.Knowledge of automotive manufacturing processes and materials is desirable.Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
