- Maintain and establish database for the current 90+ injection molds that the company operate.
- Risk analysis of whole shutdowns expected related to molds problems.
- Loading molds on the machines according to production plan.
- Prepare and implement the molds maintenance plans to ensure the smooth flow production (Routine maintenance, Simple preventive maintenance, Inspection maintenance, General maintenance, Major maintenance)
- Responsible for Providing and manufacturing critical mold spare parts.
Knowledge of common engineering plastics used for injection molding .At least 2 years’ experience in Mold maintenance and making – specially from an industry which require precise molding.Bachelor degree of mechanical engineering.
