Job Title: Sales &Operations Specialist

Summary:
We're looking for a detail-oriented Fashion Operations Specialist to manage the day-to-day operational tasks within our fashion company. This role involves overseeing inventory, coordinating shipments, and ensuring smooth processes from production to delivery.

Responsibilities:
Inventory Management:
  - Keep track of inventory levels and update records accordingly.
  - Coordinate with teams to ensure accurate stock counts and efficient storage.

Shipping and Logistics:
  - Arrange shipments of products to customers and retail locations.
  - Communicate with shipping partners to schedule pickups and deliveries.

CRM Management:

  • Manage the company's CRM system, ensuring data integrity and usability for the sales team.
  • Train sales staff on CRM usage and provide ongoing support and guidance.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Proven experience in operations management, preferably within the fashion or retail industry.Strong understanding of supply chain principles, inventory management, and logistics.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in data analysis tools and software.Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.Strong communication and negotiation skills.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
