Your JobGuardian Glass is looking for an Export Coordinator to join in 10th of Ramadan in Sharqia (Egypt).What You Will DoDaily interaction and tight cooperation with internal departments and external parties as customs, government and banks. Preparing and processing export documents: This involves ensuring all necessary export documents are accurately completed, including commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, bills of lading, export licenses, and any other required documentation.Compliance with export regulations: Ensuring compliance with local and international trade laws and regulations, such as export control regulations, customs requirements, and trade embargoes. Staying up to date with changes in regulations and ensuring proper documentation is maintained.Document management and record-keeping: Maintaining accurate and organized records of all export-related documents, such as shipping documents, export licenses, customs declarations, and compliance records. Ensuring proper archiving and retrieval of documents as needed.Resolving documentation discrepancies: Identifying and resolving any discrepancies or issues related to export documentation, such as incorrect or missing information, ensuring compliance and minimizing delays or penalties.Daily interaction and tight cooperation with internal departments and external parties as customs, government and banks. Continuous improvement and process enhancement: Identifying opportunities to enhance export documentation processes, implementing best practices, and recommending process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy.Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)Bachelor’s degree in international business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.Proven experience as an Export Coordinator or similar role.Familiarity with Egyptian export regulations and processes is highly desirable.Deep understanding of international trade regulations, customs procedures, and documentation requirements.Knowledge and experience in the process of applying for export subsidy reimbursement. Fluency in English is required. Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams, customers, and external partners.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.At Koch companies, we are entrepreneurs.
