- Develop and implement maintenance strategies and programs for Circle K Egypt's stores.
- Coordinate with store managers and maintenance teams to identify maintenance needs and prioritize tasks.
- Plan and schedule preventive and corrective maintenance activities for equipment, facilities, and systems.
- Manage and monitor maintenance budgets and expenses.
- Collaborate with vendors and contractors for outsourced maintenance services.
- Conduct regular inspections to assess the condition of equipment and facilities.
- Ensure compliance with maintenance standards and regulations.
- Monitor and analyze maintenance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and implement energy-saving initiatives and sustainability practices.
- Provide technical guidance and support to maintenance teams.
Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.Minimum of 10 years of experience in maintenance management, preferably in the retail or facilities management industry.Skills and Competencies:Strong ability to plan, execute, and oversee maintenance activities.Strong knowledge of maintenance practices and standards in the retail or facilities management industry.Familiarity with local regulations and requirements related to maintenance.Effective verbal and written communication to collaborate with store managers, maintenance teams, and external contractors.Competence in managing maintenance budgets and controlling costs.
