Recruitment and Partnership Manager (Disability Recruitment)

Responsibilities:

· Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract candidates with disabilities for various job opportunities, and establish partnerships with organizations, agencies, and community groups to expand our candidate database.

· Conduct job analysis to identify reasonable accommodations and ensure that job postings and selection processes are inclusive and accessible.

· Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs, develop tailored recruitment plans, and partner with them to ensure successful placements.

· Source and screen candidates, conduct interviews, and coordinate the selection process, while considering accommodation needs throughout.

· Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on disability inclusion best practices, accommodations, and fostering inclusive work environments.

· Build and maintain strategic partnerships with organizations and agencies to expand our outreach efforts and promote our programs and opportunities.

· Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations related to disability recruitment and employment.

· Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.

· Oversee external recruitment services and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by effectively handling all aspects of the recruitment process.

· Present periodic reports to management on external services, recruitment activities, challenges, and recommended solutions and best practices to overcome them.

· Supervise the team of PWD Relation Department and provide guidance and support.


Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 6-8 years of experience in recruitment, diversity and inclusion initiatives, and partnership management.In-depth knowledge of disability recruitment best practices, including accommodation strategies and accessibility requirements.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.Proven track record of sourcing and hiring diverse talent in a corporate or agency setting.
