- Following up production section raw materials within production schedule.
- Supervise the work of the production section team.
- Issue and update production instructions for production shifts control.
- Ensuring that production Machines are in satisfactory state of efficiency to achieve the required process capability.
- Monitor production processes performance.
- Updating production instructions & validation processes.
- Stoppage of any production process that does not comply with standards.
- Responsible for the implementing production plans according to the deadline of delivery.
- Identify areas of improvement in the production and assist in creating and implementing solutions.
- Keep Production Section Head well informed of Production processes in the shifts and serves as liaison between staff and Production Section Head.
- Supervise the checks & inspection during manufacturing stages according to standards and customer specifications.
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.Excellent communication skills.Having a strong leadership skills and people management skills.Strong leadership and possess planning and supervisory skills.Problem solving skills.Good command of English (spoken & written).Good computer skills.
