Human Resources Manager (Borg El Arab Resort)

We seek an experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team at Borg El Arab Beach Hotel. The Human Resources Manager will oversee all aspects of HR operations to ensure the hotel maintains a talented and motivated workforce. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management, excellent communication skills, and a passion for hospitality.


Your Role’s Key Responsibilities:



  1. Recruitment and Staffing:
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent for various hotel positions.
  • Coordinate the hiring process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations during the recruitment process.
  1. Employee Relations:
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to management and employees on HR-related issues.
  • Resolve conflicts and disputes in a fair and timely manner.
  • Promote a positive work culture and employee engagement initiatives.
  1. Training and Development:
  • Identify training needs and develop training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
  • Facilitate training sessions on topics such as customer service, safety, and diversity awareness.
  • Monitor training effectiveness and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
  1. Performance Management:
  • Establish performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback mechanisms.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers on performance management best practices.
  • Recognize and reward employees for their achievements and contributions.
  1. HR Administration:
  • Manage HR administrative tasks, including payroll, benefits administration, and record-keeping.
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of employee documentation and transactions.
  • Maintain compliance with HR policies, procedures, and reporting requirements.
  1. Employee Engagement and Wellness:
  • Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work environment.
  • Promote employee wellness programs and initiatives to support employee health and well-being.
  • Organize social events and activities to enhance team morale and cohesion

Education, Qualifications & Experiences

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certification is a plus.
  • Proven experience as an HR Manager in the hospitality industry, with a minimum of 7-10 years of experience.
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
  • Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and MS Office applications.
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
