AMAN Holding is hiring Testing Team Manager to Lead Testing Team across the 3 main business Lines (ePayment, Microfinance and Financial Services)
With strong Technical hands-on and Proven Experience in Automation.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Computer Science, Information Technology.Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Test ManagerMinimum of 4 years of Experience as Automation test managerStrong understanding of software testing methodologies (black-box, white-box, etc.) and test automation frameworks.Experience in designing and executing test cases for various types of software applications.Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve testing issues.Proficiency in using testing tools (e.g., Selenium, JMeter, Automation tools and Framework , Jira).Experience in a specific industry (e.g., financial services)Experience in Agile testingStrong Team leadership skillsAbility to Monitor and report test metrics and progress to different level of stakeholders.
