- Develop a comprehensive monthly maintenance plan for metal sheet molds based on accumulated shot count.
- Monitor daily mold output to prevent quality issues and production halts, promptly addressing any arising problems and implementing effective solutions.
- Design improvements for molds to optimize performance.
- Handling Spare parts CAD & CAM drawings.
- Create and manage CAD & CAM drawings for spare parts, coordinating with external manufacturers as necessary.
- Lead troubleshooting efforts for mold-related issues.
- Collaborate with the production team to enhance mold running conditions based on their feedback.
- Design, fabricate, and deploy essential jigs to address quality concerns.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for the mold team.
Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, specializing in design & production. 3-5 years of proven experience related to mold engineering field.Proficient in AutoCAD and NX software.Strong command of Microsoft Office suite.Excellent communication skills in English.Ability to collaborate effectively and build rapport with team members.10th of Ramadan city and nearby residents are preferred (accommodation support is provided).
