CEO Personal Assistant

-Responsible for organizing of internal and external meetings on behalf of the CEO ensuring all necessary requirements are made e.g. meeting venue, equipment, presentations, prepare agendas.
-Drafting and writing high quality reports and presentations.
-Arrange meetings ,including drafting and circulating meeting agendas, preparing minutes, communicating meeting reminders. 
-Arrange Central Office and Senior leadership events. 
-Communicating important updates and information to Office as required by CEO.
-Responsible for organizing CEO travel including, visa requirements, hotel accommodation, car rental, meeting schedules while travelling and completing expenses. 
-Maintain effective filling and data storage including emails and retrieval systems ensuring the needs of the Chief executive are met. 
-Supporting the Chief Executive to keep the Board of Director informed about the work of the organization and their appropriate training and induction. 
-plan and manage key organizational events. 


-Bachelor’s degree Business Administration or a relevant field.-10+experience in administration & operations management. -Experience in commercial environments will be a great plus.-Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills.-Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects.-Willingness to travel and to work on flexible timings. -Excellent English & communication skills.
