Project Manager needed for project under design, a two-story plus Basement “Premium plus” school building, in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia. You must have contractor experience. The project manager shall communicate with the design Firm and later with potential Subcontractors involved in the project. You should be able to plan, monitor and execute the project within the specified time, budget, scope and quality. You will be responsible for the following activities:• Monitor the designer to ensure he meets the specified date of design developments within the budget.• Create the project plan and schedule.• Coordinate between the Design Firm and the local authorities to ensure that all the requirements are met to obtain the necessary permits.• Supervise the Procurement and ensure that all offers meet the technical specs and evaluate the different bids or tenders of subcontractors. You will then prepare a report to present his opinion to the owner of who should get the project contract. After the owner decides whom the package should be awarded to, the project manager might then be asked to help finalize the contract.• During the construction stage, the project manager shall manage his construction team to execute the works in a timely manner.
