- Assist in the communication with all external agencies – Digital, Advertising, Design, BTL, and PR- and make sure it meets the business objectives.
- Responsible for monitoring online (digital) and offline campaigns.
- Attend to day-to-day ad-hoc business requests for marketing and other internal stakeholders like sales, operations, and HR.
- Monthly recording of actual Marketing spending in the department budget tracker sheet.
- Assist yearly in setting new fiscal year budget.
- Plan and assist in designing New Year’s collaterals.
- Assist in Monthly Planning and execution of activation/conferences.
- Monitor and track monthly all POSM material on SAP and their deployment to all our branches.
- Handle administration work regards brand marketing; registering new agencies, creating PR, following up on POs, etc.
- Monitor and record actual marketing spending versus planned budget and assist in setting new fiscal year budget.
- Involved in negotiating with suppliers and getting the best deals that best serve our business needs.
- Assist in planning the monthly digital calendar for Al Borg Labs & Scan.
- Assist in the planning, briefing, and execution of any new campaign and monitor the campaign performance.
- Work cross-functionally with other stakeholders inside the company
- Coordinate several 3rd party agencies.
- Come up with new initiatives to serve the brands.
Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field is usually required. An MBA may be preferred for some positions.Experience: While minimum experience can vary, most positions seek candidates with 1-3 years of experience in a similar role, such as marketing assistant or brand associate.
