Job Description

Job Summary:-
  • Coordinate, solve problems, and motivate the construction team to achieve the project’s time schedule with optimized cost and the required quality specs.
Job description:-
  • Negotiate with subcontractors to reach better financial and technical deals – when needed. 
  • Assign the resources of the project according to the construction priorities to plan and implement the construction plan – when needed. 
  • Interfere in major conflicts in the project that might affect baseline, budget, quality specs, or safety.
  • Issue daily progress Reports and send them to the Area Manager, Top Management, (Consultant, and the client when needed).
  • Align with the planning team members regarding the weekly and monthly progress reports.
  • Attend progress meetings with Area Manager, Operations Manager, Top Management, consultant, and the client.
  • Monitor the cash flow of the project to maintain the project flow as planned.
  • Monitor the documentation of the project to ensure its compliance with the required standards. [IR, MIR, invoices, Claims].
  • Coordinate and align between all departments involved in the project to ensure the proper flow of the project tasks as per the project plan.
  • Approve and Issue site requisition for the procurement to proceed with the PO.
  • Coordinate with planning team members regarding the construction resources [Equipment, Manpower, Office, Mobilization]
  • Approve and submit the invoices of subcontractors and interfere in invoice details if required after getting the approval from the Area Manager.
  • Interfere with recommendations regarding consultant/owner invoices in case of cash flow problems. 

Job Requirements

  • Great educational background, preferably in the fields of computer science or engineering for technical project managers
  • Proven working experience as a project administrator in the Office Buildings / Warehouses / Residential  sector
  • Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • PMP / IPMA  certification is a plus
