Oversee the implementation process of the assigned tasks in terms of technical specifications and time schedule of the project. And provide recommendations to overcome delays if any.
Set all the arrangements for sub-contractors to ensure the completion of assigned tasks.
Commitment to maintain the optimum utilization for project resources and assets ( materials, machinery - scaffolding - vehicles - tools - etc. )
Manage and distribute daily tasks to site team (such as Engineers, Supervisors, Subcontractors, etc.... )
Ensure that the implemented tasks are complying with the projects' technical specifications and quality standards.
Prepare the implementation plan records.
dentifying any Requests for Information (RFIs) for missing, unclear, conflicting issue within implementation process.
Assess and resolve any problems that may arise during the implementation within his scope.
Coordinate between the Site Team and the Technical Office Team both respective.
Conduct regular inspections and evaluations for the work implemented by each subcontractor.
Coordinates the implementation needs and cascade it to Execution Manager.
Prepare periodic reports and submit them to the direct manager to follow up the work and solve problems.
Commit to the planned trainings and work on delivering the information learned to the team.
