- Roles & Responsibilities:
*Act as the main focal point in the project.
*Obtain projects’ high-level scope & high-level plan and generate a project charter document that explains the projects’ objectives and roadmap.
*Manage projects’ kick-off meetings with all project stakeholders.
*Orchestrate the project requirements gathering sessions until the sign off of a requirements specifications document.
*Generate detailed project plans that include all activities related to all involved stakeholders in a project.
*Establish appropriate communication channels between the project stakeholders to ensure proper communication is being held during the project timeline.
*Mentor the junior and entry senior levels (project coordinators & project leads) and participate in performance evaluations.
*Perform projects’ monitor and control activities to ensure project is progressing as planned.
*Obtain the project S-curve (planned vs actual) from project schedule and cost management perspectives.
Track projects’ performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.
Able to perform project sizing and budgeting.
*Review projects’ findings so that the most important problem areas, as well as most noteworthy areas for praise, are clearly identified.
*Create comprehensive projects’ documentation and store them in a common repository.
*Maintain good relationship and high cooperation level among project resources and stakeholders.
*Participate in projects decision making using efficient tools such as *performing cause benefit analysis, root cause analysis, …etc.
*Manage changes to the projects’ scopes, projects’ schedules and projects’ costs using appropriate verified techniques.
*Responsible for conflict resolution among his/her project stakeholders.
*Issue regular projects’ status and progress reports and present them to the desired stakeholders.
*Responsible for projects’ deliverables and sign-off.
*Moderate the invoicing process and ensure payments are being done according to the contractual terms and conditions.
Qualifications:*Must have 5 to 7 years of experience in project management.*Age not exceeding 30 years old.*Must hold a professional degree in project management (PMP or similar).*Preferably with a software development background. *Must have good knowledge and experience in Agile methodology.
