It is an end-to-end solution with several proprietary AI components, (computer vision, NLP/NLU and more) coupled with a novel data storage and streaming infrastructure.We have a new, key leadership position in our Cairo office as General Manager, reporting directly to Karim Galil, CEO of Mendel. As General Manager, you will be leading and managing the security, operations, support developing business and increasing efficiencies for the Cairo office.We are seeking a leader with success in building and scaling operations in high technology organizations. Join us in our mission!Responsibilities: Manage the Cairo office, facilities and suppliers, overseeing the day-to-day operations.Build and ensure on site security is 100 percent U.S. healthcare compliant (i.e., HIPPA) including policy and procedures forInternet/networking InfrastructureBuilding accessPersonal laptopsEmployee conductEngage Clinical Operations leadership in gaining a mutual understanding of customer experience and knowledge of what customers actually need and expectConstruct, review, and analyze reports and data trends related to comments and feedback from employees and suggest changes and corrective actions to management and stakeholders to achieve the line of business goals and objectives..Communicate and share business updates, processes and procedures improvements, new initiatives…etc. and (whenever applicable) deliver feedback from team members' to concerned stakeholdersDrive continuous process improvement to make our customer experience better than ever, by working along with the Leaders, STLs and Quality and training teamWork along with Clinical Operations, People & Talent, and other functions both on site and collaboratively with U.S. leadership, in setting the company's forecasts, schedules, staffing and employees productivityQualifications:Bachelor's degree from an accredited university, master's degree is preferredMinimum of 10 years of business operations experience with P&L responsibilityHighly analytical, ROI-focused with a strong track record of driving meaningful growth and engagement, ideally for a health tech companyA keen business sense, strong planning and multi-tasking skills to achieve business objectives Team player who can work in a matrixed organization, relentlessly passionate about growing and engaging with partners and customersA strong bias for great customer serviceExpert in security, INFOSEC certification is highly desirableHigh level of critical thinking and decision making skillsStrong organizational ability, and attention to detail and accuracyAbility to deal with ambiguity and find effective solutionsHigh flexibility and adaptability skillsWhy should you join our team:At Mendel, we believe in the transformative potential of technology.
