Job Description :-

• Planning and executing the annual maintenance for the melt shop with all its’ utilities including the air separation plant.
• Planning and executing the major plant shutdowns.
• Planning the plant minor shutdowns.
• Planning and executing the annual strategy for preparing spare parts needed for the plant.
• Managing the monthly and annual expenses for the electrical department.
• Leading the root cause failure analysis for the plant equipment, evaluating options and implementing solutions.
• Start up and commissioning for continuous cast machine (CCM).
• Start up and commissioning in dedusting station (ID fan motors 6.6 KV and dampers).
• Tamini furnace transformer(140MMVA-32MVA).
• Working in AIR separation plant (one of the biggest station   in middle east 19000m^/hr o2And make commissioning with Italian stuff (said company) and know the process of air separation from air material to o2,n2 ,argon.
• Commissioning for compressors 6.7 mw and putted protection curve.
• Responsible about water treatment station and waste water also.
• Responsible about lime plant and make commissioning for it.
• Dealing with switchgear 11KV and make the interlocks(ABB-Simoprime( responsible  about main substation.
• Protection relay Ref 542,REF615 , rem 543,REF630 and REF 615 And software PCM600.
• High experience in switchgears ,substation and apparatus.
• Uninterruptible power supply(ups).
• Plc s7 300-400/TIA portal /omron/schnider/delta (modification, download and upload programme….etc).
• Scada system WONDERWARE  and Hmi (WINCC FLEXIBLE).
• Soft start 11 kv as siemens igel and low voltage banshaw.
• Commissioning for motor 5.6 mw.
