- Review and develop Students Affairs procedures.
- Participate in formulating Department KPIs, and do the needful to achieve them.
- Follow up on the implementation of Admission Procedures.
- Follow up on the implementation of Registration Procedures, and the daily registration reports.
- Preparing statistics on the flow of student numbers at the university.
- Manage student registration at the Ministry of Higher Education after each semester.
- Follow-up steps to postpone Military Service.
- Overseeing student exams, graduation procedures, and academic guidance.
- Managing student records, late students, and coordinating with departments for academic guidance.
