  • Review and develop Students Affairs procedures.
  • Participate in formulating Department KPIs, and do the needful to achieve them. 
  • Follow up on the implementation of Admission Procedures.
  • Follow up on the implementation of Registration Procedures, and the daily registration reports.
  • Preparing statistics on the flow of student numbers at the university.
  • Manage student registration at the Ministry of Higher Education after each semester.
  • Follow-up steps to postpone Military Service.
  • Overseeing student exams, graduation procedures, and academic guidance.
  • Managing student records, late students, and coordinating with departments for academic guidance.

Ability to work under stress.Experience in dealing with students.Excellent Communication Skills.Excellent presentation skills, and Administration skills.Problem-solving skillsManagerial skillsBachelor's degree in a relevant field (business administration, education, or a related field).Experience in using the SIS software (Students Information System).  Experience in working in universities or educational institutes is preferred.
