What do we expect from you:
Key responsibilities:
- Study Project documents: Specifications, drawings, and bill of quantity
- Follow up on daily tasks and project progression
- Responsible for capacity distribution among team members
- Handle directly draftsmen to the team in assignments and follow-ups
- Review the tender's requirements to assign tasks
- Review team designs and studies before issuing them to the management
- Perform technical and commercial studies for tender projects
- Design electrical panels, and review offers and shop drawings from suppliers
- Review all EMRs and POs Before issuing
- Follow up and coordinate the approval cycle with the consultant
- Communicate with the other sub-departments and project engineers to ensure project smooth progression
- Review technical submittals and suppliers' offers
- Attending progress meetings with stakeholders
- Prepare cost sheets and project budgets
What do you need to perform your role:To perform your job successfully, you need to have the following minimum requirements:Education and experience:Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering5-7 Years of experienceProven expertise as an electrical proposal engineerProven expertise in the Water and Wastewater treatment sectorSkills and knowledge:Excellent Microsoft Office skillsResilient and able to manage competing prioritiesVery Good Command in Arabic & English languagesDeep knowledge of electrical manufacturing processesStrong organizational and communication skillsWriting & studying Proposal skillsHeliopolis, Nasr City, and New Cairo Residences are preferable
