- Prepare document control plan and follow up its implementation to maintain accurate logs.
- Oversee quantity surveying for required materials to proceed in submitting the purchase request.
- Compare quantity survey quotes with the actual implemented work to prepare the Client and Subcontractor Interim Payment.
- Prepare the procurement plan to ensure the continuity of implementation process .
- Responsible for preparing proposals to modify the time schedule according to implementation obstacles (Critical Path Plan).
- Review Requests for Information (RFIs) for missing, unclear, conflicting or other technical matters that may arise during project and keep its records for following up and tracing.
- Prepare material submittals for material approvals and keep its records for following up and tracing.
- Prepare reports for the used materials and waste materials
- Review the cost analysis report for executed tasks and its comparison to the budget .
- Prepare Sub-Contractors contracts report.
- Prepare Clients and Sub-Contractors Interim Payment.
- Prepare a proposal plan for the document control and correspondence between the owner, the company and the subcontractors and get the Technical Office Manager approval to be implemented during the project.
- Prepare the monthly implementation plan.
- Prepare required documents for Variation Orders for the Clients Interim payment.
- Prepare periodic reports and submit them to the direct manager to follow up the work and solve problems.
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering .Minimum 8 years of experience.Aware with Technical Office Function (Quantity Survey, Interim Payment, Variation Order,... etc.)Aware with Planning and Cost Control Technique.Experience in the construction work field.
