- One of the industries that Mostafa Mansour Group works on is the Rakkeny project; the facilities manager will oversee all project-related functions, including the operation, sales, business development, accounting, call center, technical support, and other departments that are involved in the project.
- Plan and coordinate all installations (telecommunications, electricity etc.)
- Manage the upkeep of equipment and supplies to meet health and safety standards.
- Review utilities consumption and strive to minimize costs.
- Supervise all staff facilities staff (custodians, technicians, groundskeepers etc.) and external contractors.
- Control activities like parking space allocation, etc.
- Handle insurance plans and service contracts.
- Keep financial and non-financial records.
- Perform analysis and forecasting.
Proven experience as facilities manager or relevant positionWell-versed in technical/engineering operations and facilities management best practicesKnowledge of basic accounting and finance principlesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExcellent organizational and leadership skillsGood analytical/critical thinkingBSc/BA in facility management, engineering, business administration or relevant fieldRelevant professional qualification (e.g. CFM) will be an advantage
