- Supervises and directs the accounting records’ system and the financial statements and reports.
- Produce accurate Financial Reports on monthly basis as required by government or management.
- Produce analysis of the financial statements and provide financial ratios.
- Establishes system controls for new financial systems and develops procedures to improve existing systems.
- Cooperate with the tax authorities and the external auditors to facilitate the job requirement and produce accurate data. Ensure compliance to applicable laws and tax procedures.
- Directs internal audits concerning review of accounting and administrative controls.
- Monitor revenue and expenses; Supervise the collection, consolidation, and evaluation.
- Directs the maintenance of general and subsidiary ledgers, accounts receivable, revenue distribution, depreciation, cost, property, and operating expenses, and insurance records.
- Participates in cost analysis and rate studies and guides subordinates.
- Handle all the relations with Banks and other institutions.
- Arrange for debt repayment or establish repayment schedules, based on customers' financial situations.
University graduate in Finance and Accounting.Relevant Experience in the finance field.Commercial and business awareness.Strong analytical approach and negotiation skills.High numeracy skills and a good eye for details and investigative nature.Excellent knowledge of English languages (written and spoken).Good knowledge of ERP Systems (SAP is a plus).Experience in the construction field is a plus.
