- explain warranty system to customer and Dealing with Warranty cases
- Ensures that customers’ vehicles are fixed right 1st time by implementing the quality procedures within promised delivery time & estimated cost
- Distributing Repair order inside W/S according to technician’s ability
- Monitor work load, priorities, informing the reception for each vehicle statues
- Ability to use troubleshoot diagnosis device
- Check up the Denting procedures to achieve high quality in fixing car body and Chassis with using proper tools for various kind of impact
- Check and follow painting material consumption for each kind of repair
- Checkup painting Procedures and sequence to minimize painting defects
- Providing technical support for service advisor & preparing repair estimation if require and convey extra work for service advisor for customer approval
- assuring that workshop KPI’s are being fulfilled
