Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary customer service contact for clients.
- Build trust relationships with clients.
- Acquire a deep understanding of key customer needs and requirements.
- Expand relationships with existing customers by offering tailored solutions.
- Ensure timely delivery of services to customers.
- Serving as the main liaison between key clients and internal teams.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints.
- Drive new sales opportunities and foster long-lasting relationships.
- Prepare detailed progress reports and forecasts for stakeholders using key account metrics.
