- Distribute production schedules or work orders to departments.
- Revise production schedules when required due to design changes, or material shortages, collaborating with management, marketing, sales, production
- Co-ordinate and maintain adequate stock levels to ensure sales requirements are delivered.
- Communicate with purchasing department to ensure the necessary materials to meet the production plan
- Analyze requirements and place purchase orders.
- Prepares all kinds of needed reports.
