1- Prepare project delivery plan to client (mockup).
2- Prepare Requests for Information (RFIs) for missing, unclear, conflicting or other technical matters that may arise during project and keep its records for following up and tracing.
3- Preparation of the monthly implementation plan - Method Of Statement.
4- Coordinate between the Shop drawings ( Civil -Arch - MEP) and identify any variation.
5- Responsible for preparing the as built drawing and conforming them to preset standards.
6- Prepare required documents to proceed with Variation Orders within current or complementary contracts.
7- Preparing Interim Payments & invoicing's for clients & Subcontractors.
8- Conduct quantity surveying to identify the material/equipment/personnel needs to align with Project Manager and Warehouse.
9- Seeking suppliers to provide offers for any intended material/equipment/personnel .
10- Coordinate with the Consultant/Client for material submittals and conformity and keep its records for following up and tracing.
11- Coordinating with Procurement/Contracts & Warehouse for any intended materials/subcontractor.
12- Collect and track indirect costs on a daily basis .
13- Prepare the cost analysis report for executed tasks and its comparison to the preset budget.
14- Sub-contractor and Providers evaluation in terms of Price - Quality.
15- Compare quantity survey quotes with the actual implemented work to prepare the Client and Subcontractor Interim Payment.
16- Prepare periodic reports and submit them to the direct manager to follow up the work and solve problems
Minimum 5 years of experience.Architecture degree is preferable. Aware with Technical Office Function (Quantity Survey, Interim Payment, Variation Order,... Etc.Aware with Planning and Cost Control TechniqueExperience in the construction work field
