3 | Commitment to maintain the optimum utilization for project resources and assets ( machinery - scaffolding - vehicles - tools - etc. ) |
4 | Manage and distribute daily tasks to site team (Engineers, Supervisors, subcontractors, etc... ) |
5 | Ensure that the implemented tasks are complying with the projects' technical specifications and quality standards |
6 | Prepare the implementation plan records |
7 | Assess and resolve any problems that may arise during the implementation process within his scope |
8 | Identifying any Requests for Information (RFIs) for missing, unclear, conflicting issue within implementation process |
9 | Coordinate between the Site Team and the Technical Office Team both respective |
10 | Conduct regular inspections and evaluations for the work implemented by each subcontractor |
11 | Responsible for coordinating the receipt process of tasks executed but sub contractors with the Quality Control Team |
12 | Monitor the work progress report issuance on a daily basis |
13 | Conduct regular inspection on the materials to insure that they are complying to the contracts' needs & standards |
14 | Review & identify the pending tasks on the subcontractors |
15 | Conduct interviews with new subcontractors and then cascade them to Contracts department if eligible |
16 | Prepare the Warehouse release requests |
17 | Prepare periodic reports and submit them to the direct manager to follow up the work and solve problems |
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Site EngineerPrinciples of Project Management concept is preferable Architecture degree is preferable
