- Monitor and keeping track of recruitment process in progress and update all concern accordingly.
- Involved, with the assistance of crewing manning agencies, in new recruitment by following the correct protocol of getting the necessary approvals and follow up process in line with recruitment policy.
- Oversees and administers day-to-day activities of the technical crew recruitment needs; develops new trends, procedures, and systems which ensure productive and efficient office operation.
- Oversees the implementation and monitoring of a recruitment plan and process as per approved budget and manpower plan.
- Support the team to develop grow & Manage technical issues and risks within workforce management & recruitment process.
- Responsible for designing and delivering rigrious technical crew recruitment assessment documentation, materials and processes.
- Proactively conduct candidate attraction through networking and targeted executive search.
- Conduct interviews and selection, Attract potential employees through a range of means - Such as through media advertising and networking.
- Responsible for carrying out background checks on applicants
- Liaise with candidates and other staffing agencies and respective department to ensure they are regularly and consistently updated on progress
- Respond quickly and accurately to received manpower recruitment needs and anticipate future needs as per approved MRF.
- Strictly comply with complete recruiting process as per company policy – in accordance with National Security and Taw-teen approval.
- Prepare timely and accurate recruitment status reports in coordination with recruitment supervisor with narrative reports that meet the requirements.
- Developing HR Planning strategies with LM’s which consider immediate and long-term staff requirements in terms of numbers & skills levels.
- Process and review employment MRF in order to evaluate and benchmark the standards as per NMDC set Policy.
- Record data of each employee, including, eligibility, salaries, benefits and other pertinent information.
- Prepare and Maintaining Manpower Plan and Budget Control for all departments and Projects.
- Process, verify and maintain documentation relating to personnel activities such as staffing, recruitment, performance appraisals.
- Assist in employee relations activities, compensation & benefits administration and record keeping.
- Provide monthly HR reports on changes in benefits and monthly Headcount turn over report.
- Support in analyzing training needs in conjunction with departmental managers.
