  • Engage with customers through online chat and messaging platforms, responding to inquiries, providing information, and offering assistance.
  • Assist customers in navigating our products or services, addressing their questions, concerns, and technical issues.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer problems.

Job Requirements & Benefits:☑️ Net Salary 7,000 EGP.☑️ English Level B1 (for bilingual account).☑️ Handling English and Arabic chats.☑️ Typing speed on keyboard should be 30 words per minute for both English and Arabic languages.☑️ Last shift for females ends at 12 AM.☑️ 5 working days & 2 days off (rotational).☑️ Working from site only.☑️ Medical and Social insurance are provided.☑️ Transportation is provided.☑️ Learning and development program. ☑️ Profit Share.☑️ Alexandria Resident.
