Responsibilities:

Costing and Accounting:

• Perform daily bookkeeping activities, both manual and computerized, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
• Utilize the Odoo accounting system to generate regular reports and streamline financial processes.
• Prepare and record entries for assets, liabilities, revenues, and expenses by analyzing account information.
• Issue customer invoices, review sales and returned invoices, and ensure prompt delivery to customers.
• Monitor daily deposit activity, cash movement, and checks received.
• Conduct weekly stock checks and maintain inventory control.
• Assist in monthly and quarterly accounting closing procedures.
• Maintain and update client information, ensuring accuracy and accessibility of accounting files.
• Handle daily routines, including petty cash and allowances.
• Manage payable/receivables/cash, and other related financial activities.

Treasury Management:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive treasury strategy aligned with the company's financial goals.
• Manage short-term and long-term financing needs, including borrowing and debt structuring.
• Analyze and mitigate financial risks, such as interest rate, liquidity, and foreign exchange risks.
• Implement investment strategies for surplus cash balances, maximizing returns while maintaining liquidity.
• Monitor compliance with banking regulations and internal financial controls.

Financial Reporting & Analysis:

• Prepare and present accurate and timely financial reports to senior management.
• Analyze financial data, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Participate in budgeting and forecasting processes to support strategic decision-making.
• Assist with financial audits and ensure adherence to external reporting requirements.
