Operations Analyst

  • On-Boarding new clients
  • Manage customer experience cycle from applying to card issuance and delivery.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations resulting in a consistently high-level of performance, efficiency and quality
  • Lead a process of continuously improving performance through a combination of effective processes, leadership, training and system development
  • SME onboarding, Supplier onboarding, card delivery, payment & card operations, and call centre operations to ensure quality standards are met and process improvement goals are achieved
  • Perform against established objectives and develop corrective actions and improvement plans
  • Manage customer service-related issues and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Be responsible for operational compliance with relevant local and international Rules & Regulations
  • Implement operational processes

Experience in operations within payments (e.g. banking or fintech) is a plusKnowledge of and experience with prepaid card and know-your-customer regulations in Egypt is a plusProven experience in Egyptian payment schemes and networks, in particular, related to the issuance of cardsDeep understanding of payments scheme compliance and integrations, disputes, and settlementsExceptional organizational and time management skillsAbility to an objective decision making, organize workflows, prioritize, and deliver high qualityA structured and organized way of workingStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to think out of the boxEnglish Langauge, Basic Excel and Strong Logic
