- Responsible for all the Recruitment Process.
- Participating in the preparation for the payroll pocess.
- Managing labor office work.
- Handling the social insurance process ( Form 1, Form 6 & Form 2).
- Handling the governmental health insurance process for new employees.
- Handling the documentation processes for new employees.
- Monthly reports (Left workers, feedback and shortlisted report).
- Communicating with other department managers about probation period evaluation of newly employed workers (white collar).
Bachelor degree of Commerce, Business Administration, Law or any other equivalent degree is preferred.Experience from 1 to 2 years “Fresh Grads are welcome to apply”Solid understanding of labor legislation is Must.Excellent command of English verbal, written, and spoken.Excellent communication and organization skills.Very good Microsoft Office skills.
